Amends the Public Employees Police and Fire Retirement Plan (PERA-P&F) to expand reemployment earnings reduction rules for disability benefit recipients who began payments before July 1, 2023

Removes the exemption that previously allowed pre-July 2023 disability recipients to avoid benefit reductions if they were not required to reapply or had not reached their reapplication deadline under section 353.031

Disability benefits are reduced when a member's combined earnings, disability benefit, and workers' compensation exceed the reemployment earnings limit (the greater of monthly salary at disability or 125% of current base salary for similar positions)

Benefits are reduced by $1 for every $3 that total income exceeds the reemployment earnings limit, with the adjusted benefit capped at the original benefit amount

Effective the day following final enactment; does not apply to members receiving total and permanent disability benefits
