Southwest light rail transit (Green Line Extension) project is exempt from the moratorium

Payments to contractors for work completed before the effective date are permitted

Moratorium expires when the Southwest light rail transit (Green Line Extension) project begins revenue operation

Applies to the seven-county Twin Cities metro area: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
