Licensed ambulance services must annually collect and report prehospital care data to the Office of Emergency Medical Services for each municipality in their primary service area, including total emergency calls, dispatch reasons, response modes, transport destinations, and patient fee schedules

Data must also include percent transport disposition and mutual aid given and received, disaggregated by municipality (towns, statutory cities, and home rule charter cities)

Minimum data requirements are expanded to include items from the National Uniform Emergency Medical Services Data Set as identified by the director

The director must make the collected prehospital care data publicly available on an annual basis
