Requires the Department of Public Safety to provide race and ethnicity data from driver's license and identification card records to the judicial branch for compiling jury source lists

Mandates the Commissioner of Revenue to disclose taxpayer information to the judicial branch for jury source list compilation, including individuals age 17 or older who file tax returns or receive tax benefits

Limits the taxpayer data shared with the judicial branch to full name, date of birth, address, county of residence, and race/ethnicity data if available

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 13.69 (Public Safety Department Data) and 270B.14 (tax data disclosure provisions)
