Directs the Commissioner of Human Services to grant age and size limitation exceptions for customized living and 24-hour customized living services under the Brain Injury (BI) and Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) waivers

Applies specifically to three housing settings located at 8751, 8761, and 8771 Preserve Boulevard in Eden Prairie

Each of the three facilities had capacity to serve ten clients as of July 1, 2022

Allows these existing facilities to continue operating under waiver programs despite exceeding standard age and size restrictions
