Expands eligibility for Minnesota agriculture special license plates to include farm trucks and recreational vehicles, in addition to passenger automobiles, one-ton pickup trucks, and motorcycles

Removes the "noncommercial" restriction on one-ton pickup trucks, allowing commercial one-ton pickups to also qualify for the special plates

Maintains existing requirements including payment of standard plate fees, registration taxes, and a minimum $20 annual contribution to the Minnesota agriculture account

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 168.1285, subdivision 1
