Changes the prohibited morning operating hours for personal watercraft (jet skis) from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., allowing use 1.5 hours earlier in the day

Personal watercraft operation remains prohibited between one hour before sunset and the new 8:00 a.m. start time

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 86B.313, subdivision 1

All other personal watercraft regulations remain unchanged, including requirements for USCG-approved flotation devices, slow-no wake speed within 150 feet of shorelines and swimmers, and rules against harassing wildlife
