Requires the Commissioner of Children, Youth, and Families to create an automatic data upload system by July 1, 2027, allowing child care providers' management software to transmit slot availability information to the Parent Aware website

Authorizes use of shared services grant money to help providers obtain and receive training on software compatible with the Parent Aware upload system

Mandates that the data integration process only upload slot availability information and exclude any potentially confidential information

Appropriates an unspecified amount in fiscal year 2027 as a one-time appropriation (available until July 1, 2028) to establish the system, with ongoing general fund base amounts for fiscal years 2028 and 2029 for system maintenance

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 142D.13, by adding a new subdivision on slot availability data integration
