Appropriates $3,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to the city of Stewartville

Funds construction of approximately one mile of 15th Avenue NE within High Forest Township limits, adjacent to Stewartville city borders

Allows funds to be used for roadway improvement and paving, plus drainage fixes at the intersection with 6th Street NE, including culvert and storm sewer replacement

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $3,200,000 in state bonds to finance the project

Effective the day following final enactment
