Requires all school-sponsored interscholastic, intramural, and club athletic teams to be designated as male, female, or coeducational based on biological sex at birth

Restricts athletic teams and sports designated for females to participants who were biological females at birth only

Applies notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, overriding existing contrary provisions

Requires the Minnesota State High School League to adopt rules and policies consistent with these requirements

Effective the day following final enactment
