Creates a new special license plate category for Jewish war veterans with the inscription "JEWISH WAR VETERANS OF AMERICA" and a facsimile or emblem designated by the commissioners of veterans affairs and public safety

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 168.123, subdivision 2, which governs the design requirements for veterans' special plates

Adds this plate to the existing list of 13 veterans' special plate categories, including Vietnam Vet, Pearl Harbor Survivor, World War Vet, Korean Vet, Combat Wounded Vet, Gulf War Vet, and others
