Amends Minnesota Statutes section 239.791, subdivision 17 to add a new requirement for bulk delivery of nonoxygenated premium grade gasoline

Adds new condition that bulk fuel deliveries must be made directly into either the attached fuel tank of an exempt vehicle or a bulk tank on the premises

Maintains existing requirements that nonoxygenated gas is only for vehicles qualifying for exemption, only one bulk storage tank per premises may store it, and deliveries must be 500 gallons or less

Applies to unleaded premium grade gasoline that is not oxygenated in accordance with state oxygenation requirements
