Public utilities and cooperative electric associations subject to rate regulation must submit annual reports to the commission beginning April 30, 2027

Required reporting includes total authorized revenue and total actual revenue collected from customers for the preceding calendar year

Revenue data must be broken down separately for base rates and each individual bill rider

The commission may require additional information through rule or order

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 216B.05 by adding a new subdivision on reporting requirements
