Funds support development, equipment, and launch of programming for "The Ruckus," a small business and entrepreneurship facility focused on helping entrepreneurs transition from startup to revenue growth stage

Allowable uses include designing core programs, building entrepreneur cohorts, establishing industry/retail/capital partnerships, and purchasing equipment and tools

Required programming includes a technology and business accelerator, a beauty and wellness production and market access program, and a retail readiness initiative for consumer brands

One-time appropriation available until June 30, 2028
