Expands Minnesota's sales and use tax exemption from precious metal bullion (previously limited to bars/rounds of 99.9% purity) to include all bullion, coins, and currency

Defines "bullion" as bars, ingots, or commemorative medallions of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium, or combinations where value depends on metal content rather than form

Defines "coins" and "currency" as coins or currency made of gold, silver, other metal, or paper that is or has been used as legal tender

Maintains existing exclusions for jewelry, works of art, and scrap metal from the exemption

Effective date: sales and purchases made after June 30, 2025
