Requires the Secretary of State to provide any voter and election data to federal agencies or departments upon request, overriding Minnesota's data privacy laws (Chapter 13) and voter registration statutes (Chapter 201)

Mandates disclosure of all data in the statewide voter registration system when requested, within 180 calendar days or 90 days before the next scheduled election, whichever is sooner

Broadly defines "voters" to include individuals who attempted but failed to register, those with inactive registrations, and registered voters who never cast a ballot

Takes effect the day after enactment and applies to all data requests made on or after that date
