Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.555, subdivision 7, governing standards and procedures for inspecting and storing donated drugs and medical supplies at central and local repositories

Narrows the record-keeping requirement for drug destruction to apply only to accepted donated drugs that are not dispensed or are subject to a recall, removing the previous requirement to document drugs deemed "not suitable for donation"

Destruction records must be maintained for at least two years and include the date of destruction, drug name/strength/quantity, and the name of the person or firm that performed the destruction

Clarifies that no additional record of destruction beyond the specified requirements is necessary
