Amends Minnesota Statutes section 201.091 to change the public voter information list from including only the "year" of birth to including the full "date of birth" for each registered voter

Adds voter's date of birth to the list of restricted data that must NOT be included in lists provided for public inspection, purchase, or law enforcement inquiry

Maintains existing protections that prohibit publishing voter list information on the Internet in searchable formats and restrict use to elections, political activities, or law enforcement purposes

Effective the day following final enactment
