Prohibits ranked-choice voting or any similar voting method for all federal and state offices in Minnesota

Bars all political subdivisions—including counties, cities, townships, and school districts—from adopting or enforcing any rule, resolution, or ordinance establishing ranked-choice voting for local offices

Applies to political subdivisions regardless of whether they are governed by statute or home rule charter

Defines "ranked-choice voting" as any election method where voters rank or assign numerical values to candidates in order of preference
