Eliminates references to the Health Data Institute from health records consent exception provisions

Repeals five statutes: open meeting law provisions for the Health Technology Advisory Committee (13D.08, subd. 4), immunity from liability for committee members (62J.06), closed committee hearings authorization (62J.156), clearinghouse coordination with the Health Data Institute (62J.2930, subd. 4), and the Minnesota Center for Health Care Electronic Data Interchange (62J.57)
