Exempts paid on-call firefighters from the Minnesota Paid Leave Law by adding them to the list of excluded employment categories

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 268B.01, subdivisions 15 and 17, which define "covered employment" and "employee"

Paid on-call firefighters join existing exclusions for self-employed individuals, independent contractors, seasonal employees, and federal employees

Entities with excluded workers may still opt in to coverage through a procedure determined by the commissioner
