Revokes all political spending powers from legal entities (corporations, LLCs, partnerships, cooperatives, nonprofits) operating under Minnesota law, effective July 1, 2026

Defines prohibited "political spending powers" as spending to support or oppose candidates, political parties, ballot questions, or electioneering communications

Declares any exercise of political spending powers by a legal entity ultra vires and void from inception, with no ability to ratify or validate such acts

Authorizes the attorney general to petition for administrative dissolution of violating entities, with reinstatement requiring full disgorgement of political expenditures to the general fund

Exempts political committees, political parties, campaign committees, and entities organized solely for political spending, as well as natural persons and government bodies
