Adds resorts to the list of establishments eligible for seasonal on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses in unorganized or unincorporated county areas, alongside restaurants and clubs

County boards may issue up to ten seasonal on-sale licenses total, with commissioner approval, valid for up to nine months

Only one seasonal license may be issued to any single premises within any consecutive 12-month period

Resorts must meet the definition established in Minnesota Statutes section 157.15, subdivision 11
