Appropriates $10,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Public Safety for a grant to the city of Cass Lake to construct, furnish, and equip a new fire station facility

New facility will replace the existing fire hall and include living and administration space, vehicle and equipment storage, and a decontamination area for firefighter health and safety

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $10,000,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
