Commissioner of Health must integrate information on restorative reproductive medicine, fertility awareness-based methods, and body literacy education into existing family planning, maternal/child health, and women's health programs

Title X funded facilities must incorporate these services within 12 months of the effective date, with the department providing training for health care providers and development of patient education materials

Fertility awareness-based methods are defined as evidence-based cycle tracking using biological signs including body temperature, cervical fluid, and hormone levels (includes symptothermal method, Creighton model, and Billings ovulation method)

Reproductive health conditions covered include endometriosis, polycystic ovary disease, uterine fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, hormone imbalances, thyroid conditions, and male-factor infertility

Effective date is August 1, 2026
