Appropriates $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Children, Youth, and Families for a grant to Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches

Funds will support property acquisition, predesign, design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of a new services and supports facility in Minneapolis

Facility will establish a dedicated food shelf and youth programming space

Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches may partner with Southside Community Health Services for use of the space

One-time appropriation available until project completion or abandonment; effective the day following final enactment
