Cultivation must occur at the individual's primary residence in an enclosed, locked space not exceeding 12 feet by 12 feet and inaccessible to those under 21

Prohibited activities include use in public places, on school grounds, in motor vehicles on streets/highways, in correctional facilities, and commercial sale or distribution; violations range from petty misdemeanors ($100 fine) to misdemeanors

Establishes a Psychedelic Medicine Board to set possession limits, adopt implementing rules, and award grants for community education on safe psilocybin use and integration resources

Protects lawful psilocybin users from employment discrimination, housing denial/eviction, and denial of child custody solely based on their psilocybin use, with a $100 civil penalty plus attorney fees for violations
