Funds will design, engineer, and construct North River Drive and associated water and sewer infrastructure from County State-Aid Highway 29 to Trunk Highway 87

Project will connect to Wannigan Regional Park

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,850,000 to fund the appropriation
