Eliminates the tiered initial license fee structure that charged $250 for licenses issued July 1-December 31 and $100 for licenses issued January 1-June 30, replacing it with a flat $250 fee regardless of issue date

Removes the separate "health services executive" license category, eliminating both the $250 initial license fee and $250 renewal license fee for that designation

Renumbers the fee schedule from 21 items to 19 items following the elimination of health services executive license fees

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 144A.291, subdivision 2, governing fee amounts for the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports

All fee revenue continues to be deposited in the state government special revenue fund for exclusive board use to sustain operations
