Appropriates $1,070,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Silver Bay for water infrastructure improvements

Funds will cover predesign, design, construction, and equipping of rehabilitation and replacement of pressure reducing valve stations and associated water distribution system infrastructure

Addresses water pressure, safety, and infrastructure issues that compromise ongoing city operations

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,070,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
