Requires the Department of Human Services to submit separate annual program integrity reports to legislative committees beginning November 30, 2026

Department of Human Services reports must cover three divisions: Background Studies (background checks and disqualifications), Licensing (maltreatment reports, complaints, investigations, licenses issued), and Financial Fraud and Abuse Investigations (medical assistance managed care investigations, screening data, major fraud updates)

All reports must include five years of historical metrics and data on each division's capacity to meet demands
