Extends the expiration date of the city of Little Falls' food and beverage tax to July 1, 2056, replacing the previous 30-year limit from when the tax first became effective

Amends the original 1996 law (Laws 1996, chapter 471, article 2, section 30) that authorized the local food and beverage tax

Becomes effective the day after the Little Falls governing body and chief clerical officer comply with Minnesota Statutes section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3 (local approval requirements)
