Repeals Minnesota Statutes sections 62J.841 through 62J.846, which prohibited excessive price increases on generic and off-patent drugs (defined as increases exceeding 15% annually or 40% over three years, plus more than $30 per 30-day supply)

Eliminates the requirement that manufacturers provide 90 days written notice to the attorney general before withdrawing a generic or off-patent drug from sale or distribution in Minnesota

Removes the $500,000 penalty for manufacturers who fail to provide withdrawal notice, and eliminates civil penalties of up to $10,000 per day for excessive price increases (up to $25,000 per violation for Board of Pharmacy enforcement)

Removes the requirement that manufacturers of generic or off-patent drugs maintain a registered agent and office within Minnesota

Makes conforming amendments to sections 62J.91 and 151.071 to remove references to the repealed drug pricing enforcement provisions
