Funds designated for designing, constructing, furnishing, and equipping a new building addition and renovating existing space to provide incarcerated persons services

Appropriation may also cover hazardous materials abatement design and completion

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $60,668,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
