Individuals convicted of labor trafficking, sex trafficking, prostitution offenses, or document-related trafficking crimes would become ineligible for earned incentive release credit under the Minnesota Rehabilitation and Reinvestment Act

Persons serving sentences for first through fifth degree criminal sexual conduct, criminal sexual predatory conduct, or sexual extortion would also be excluded from early release programs

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 244.45 and 244.46, subdivision 4, to add these offense categories to the existing list of ineligible individuals (which already includes life sentences, pre-1980 indeterminate sentences, and those subject to good time provisions)

Effective the day following final enactment
