Amends Minnesota Statutes section 18B.01, subdivision 6c, which defines "currently unavoidable use" of PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in pesticide control law

Expands the definition to include consideration of potential pest resistance when determining whether PFAS use qualifies as currently unavoidable

Adds "animal" health impacts to the existing "human health and environmental impacts" that may be considered when evaluating alternative products to PFAS-containing pesticides

Currently unavoidable use remains defined as PFAS use that is essential for health, safety, or functioning of society where alternatives are not reasonably available
