$2,000,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2027 to the city of St. Paul for the West Side Community Organization to support small businesses with 10 or fewer full-time employees

$2,000,000 appropriated in fiscal year 2027 to the city of West St. Paul to work with the Residents of Color Collective for small business economic development and job retention

Eligible uses include technical assistance, establishing revolving loan funds, issuing no-interest and forgivable loans, and grants for small business operating expenses

Both appropriations are one-time funding from the general fund, available until June 30, 2028
