Requires subjects of firearm prohibition orders to transfer firearms to a federally licensed dealer or law enforcement agency within 24 hours, with law enforcement agencies required to accept transfers

Establishes mandatory compliance hearings within 10 business days of transfer orders, with courts authorized to issue arrest warrants or initiate contempt proceedings for non-compliance

Allows law enforcement to execute search warrants to seize firearms when courts find imminent risk of substantial bodily harm, with subjects given 12 hours to voluntarily surrender before warrant execution

Requires petitions for child protection orders and orders for protection to include descriptions of firearms believed to be possessed by the abusing party, though petitions cannot be dismissed for failure to provide this information
