Funds will acquire, renovate, and reconstruct a building to house a cultural mall in Moorhead, Minnesota

Project expected to include 75 businesses and create 140 jobs

Eligible uses include acquisition, demolition, building systems improvements or replacement, repairs, site improvements, and interior space improvements

Appropriation draws from funds previously allocated under Laws 2025 First Special Session, notwithstanding certain statutory requirements in Minnesota Statutes section 116J.8731, subdivision 5
