Authorizes the city of Lanesboro to impose a local sales and use tax of up to 0.5%, subject to voter approval at an election

Tax revenues must fund $500,000 for Sylvan Park rehabilitation and improvements, and $2,000,000 for the Trunk Highway 250 road improvement project

City may issue bonds up to $2,500,000 (plus issuance costs) to finance the projects, with bonds exempt from city debt limitations and levy limits

Tax expires after 30 years or when sufficient revenue is collected to cover all project costs and bond obligations, whichever comes first

City council may terminate the tax early by ordinance; any remaining funds after project completion go to the city's general fund
