Amends the definition of "foster care for adults" by replacing "household services" with "household management" in describing what 24-hour programs provide to functionally impaired adults

Clarifies that family adult foster care home license holders must be the primary caregiver "providing the services listed in subdivision 6c" rather than simply being the primary caregiver

Maintains existing requirements that family adult foster care homes be licensed by the Department of Human Services and serve as the primary residence of the license holder

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 245A.02, subdivisions 6c and 6f
