Exempts employees from standard rest break requirements (Minnesota Statutes 177.253) when they are the sole employee on-site providing life-sustaining services, working with vulnerable adults, or responding to emergencies

Exempts employees from standard meal break requirements (Minnesota Statutes 177.254) under the same three circumstances: sole employee providing life-sustaining services, working with vulnerable adults, or during emergency response

Requires employers to still allow restroom use for employees exempt from rest break requirements, even when formal breaks are not mandated

Requires employers to still allow time to eat a meal while working for employees exempt from meal break requirements

Defines "vulnerable adult" by reference to existing Minnesota statute section 626.5572, subdivision 21
