$3,100,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the city of Buhl for wastewater and stormwater infrastructure improvements

Project includes approximately 2,600 lineal feet of sanitary wastewater infrastructure, 1,200 lineal feet of stormwater infrastructure, and 3,900 lineal feet of curb and gutter improvements

Installation of 12 macerating/shredding wastewater ejection pumps for commercial properties and 18 residential municipal wastewater services for new development

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,100,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
