Appropriates $2,700,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Loretto

Funds will design, engineer, and construct replacement of water mains, water valves, sanitary sewer system, and stormwater system infrastructure

Includes associated street reconstruction as part of the infrastructure project

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,700,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
