Appropriates $4,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Eveleth for wastewater treatment facility improvements

Funds will be used to design, construct, and equip filtration improvements and rehabilitate/replace aging and failing infrastructure at the facility

Improvements are intended to achieve compliance with regulations for phosphorus and mercury levels in the city's wastewater

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,200,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675

Effective the day following final enactment
