Amends Laws 2024, chapter 116, article 3, section 53 to add specific design requirements for the state park license plate design contest

Requires the Commissioner of Natural Resources to hold a license plate design contest for a new state park license plate under Minnesota Statutes, section 168.1295, subdivision 1

Mandates that the winning license plate design must celebrate the North Shore and the Lake Superior Agate
