Application status for cannabis and hemp business licenses becomes public data, except for an applicant's status as a social equity applicant, which remains protected

Scoring and review data generated by the office when evaluating license applications is no longer classified as public data

Additional categories of license holder data are protected from public disclosure, including business plans with site/security/operations descriptions, accounting compliance data, and vehicle disclosure forms

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 342.20, subdivisions 1, 2, and 3 to modify data classification rules for the cannabis regulatory system
