Appropriates $3,200,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation for a new Minnesota Discovery Center facility in Chisholm

Funds cover property acquisition, site preparation, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping the facility

Facility will include infrastructure to protect and preserve historical artifacts and archival materials, plus space for museum exhibitions and cultural events

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $3,200,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation

Effective the day following final enactment
