Expands list of prohibited product forms to include pastries, candy, and chocolate confections (in addition to existing prohibitions on lollipops and ice cream)

Requires cannabis retailers to post five new warning notices covering health risks including toxic smoke chemicals, psychotic symptoms, delayed edible effects, THC-related adverse effects, and topical product safety concerns

Mandates six warning statements on product labels addressing: child safety and poisoning risk, brain development harm for users under 25, mental disorder risk, dependence/addiction risk, pregnancy/breastfeeding dangers, and impaired driving
