Amends Minnesota Statutes section 349.181, subdivision 3, governing lawful gambling participation restrictions for employees and volunteers

Creates an exception allowing lessor employees to play pull-tab games at premises where they work, provided they are off duty and not participating during working hours

Current law prohibits organization and lessor employees involved in conducting electronic linked bingo, pull-tabs, tipboards (over 32 chances), or paddlewheel games from playing those games at the same premises for two weeks after involvement

The new exception applies specifically to pull-tab games and only to lessor employees (employees of the business leasing space to gambling organizations), not to organization employees or volunteers
